DIY Plywood Gym

A complete home gym cut from standard plywood sheets on a CNC router, designed to go together as easily as flat-pack furniture.

The parts use “dog bone” joints reinforced with stainless steel plates and bolts. Tightening the screws expands the plywood inside the joint, locking it solid and holding the plate firmly in place.

At the centre is an adjustable bench whose height changes in seconds, making a wide range of exercises possible at home.
